Refund Policy
- As a result of our strict no-return policy, we generally do not issue refunds after an order has been placed and confirmed. However, we are committed to addressing issues related to product quality or order accuracy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow our guidelines for reporting such issues:
- If the articles ordered by the customer are out of stock and the customer has rejected the alternatives (applicable only to prepaid orders)
- If the shipment is lost, in transit (applicable only to prepaid orders)

Provide clear photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product, along with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Refund or Replacement: After reviewing your case, we will determine whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement of the damaged or incorrect item. If eligible, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
Please note that refunds, if issued, may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
